All amounts including shipping/handling are quoted in US dollars.

Some applicable taxes will be added to the sale total. Depending on your location (country), you may be charged customs duties taxes upon receipt of your item. Any of these fees are the full responsibility of the customer.

If a PayPal eCheck is used, your items will be shipped once it has cleared - usually 3-5 business days.

Shipping

• Shipping and handling within the 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America is a flat rate fee. Additional shipping fees will apply to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and US territories outside of the mainland (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, etc.).  We will notify you of the additional charges and await your approval and payment  before shipping.  International shipping charges vary.
  
• Shipping prices are expressed in US dollars.
  
• Please allow 48-96 hours for order processing - fraud prevention and packaging. (Note: Shipping does not include order-processing time.) Once fraud prevention has been done, we will begin processing your order and email you the appropriate shipping information.
• If an item is NOT in stock, we will notify you by e-mail, and ask how you would like to proceed.
  
• To help us HELP YOU BEST, please provide a valid and complete name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
  
• If payment is made by PAYPAL, shipping will be to the confirmed address ONLY - no exceptions.
• Packages are shipped mainly via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or Canada Post
• At any time, we reserve the right to ship in the method of our choice, choosing a method which is most effective and/or expedient. 
• All related import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We are not responsible for items held up in customs for long periods of time.

Back Orders

You may pay for your order even if the item is out of stock/on back order. You will be put on a priority list for the item(s).  When they arrive, we will ship them out to those who have prepaid before filling any new orders.

Back orders time frames may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Normally, we can fulfill your back order within 2-3 weeks.

We are dedicated to your satisfaction!  However, due to the nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, LEGALLY, we are unable to accept any returns. Please verify sizing before making your purchase.
